Southport College are excited to mark T-Levels Week from Monday 2nd - Friday 6th December. As a provider of six diverse T-Level options, we are proud to be at the forefront of this innovative approach to learning. T-Levels offer a practical, industry-focused approach to learning, combining classroom study with real-world work experience.
Earlier in the academic year, there were fantastic developments in our T-Level offering, including receiving a £100 million funding from the Department of Education. This allowed the completion and grand opening of our state-of-the-art Mock Hospital Wards designed to support the practical learning of our T-Level Health and Social Care students. Furthermore, the refurbishment of our Pennington Building along with introduction of industry-standard equipment allows Carpentry, Joinery, and Planning for Construction T-Level students experience for a smooth transition into the world of work.
Southport College has already achieved exceptional results and outcomes for our T-Level students in the past few years.
- Design, Surveying, and Planning for Construction, 10% of all distinctions in the UK were achieved at Southport College.
- Early Years Education, 17% of Distinction* grades achieved in the UK were achieved at Southport College.
With an already high T-Level success rate, we are looking forward to continuing this success in 2025. We are on the lookout for more employers ready to build their business and shape the next generation of working professionals.
