At Southport College we deliver a range of engineering programmes at various levels to 16 – 19, adult learners and apprentices. Programmes include full time programmes at L2 and L3 with T-Levels being introduced from September 2024 and a range of apprenticeship standards.

We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, highly motivated, and innovative engineering tutor committed to enhancing our students’ achievement and experience at Southport College. You will ideally have an advanced engineering qualification (or equivalent combined with at least 2 years’ experience of teaching engineering programmes), a teaching qualification, assessor/verifier awards, and be committed to our students, your subject and the teaching profession. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver some of the following: T-level core units, mechanical workshop and fabrication.
