My artwork is based on the theme Data with a sub theme of Identity. My final painting builds on all these aspects and is composed of the human form and surreal imagery and composition. For my final piece I have illustrated my daily rituals as an addiction. All the hands are the same, they are all mine. I act out the motions, yet it feels like I do not have a choice. It keeps me blind to the fact that I do. I perform my daily rituals because I have conditioned myself to do so. It is a subconscious addiction.

The piece was painted with acrylic paints on an A2 canvas. The strings were threaded through the canvas with a needle. This visual recording represents my data collecting.
