Our courses
We offer Level 1 and Level 2 Motor Vehicle courses for adults for those who want to learn more about the maintenance and repair of motor vehicles.
The Award in Motor Vehicle Studies Level 1 course will teach you to carry out basic maintenance tasks on vehicles as you develop an awareness of the tools and equipment used in the repair of motor vehicles and their application. You can then take your understanding of vehicle maintenance to the next level on the Level 2 Award in Motor Vehicle Studies evening course. Certificate in Motor Vehicle Studies Level 2 allows you to develop your skills and understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair in this 34 week daytime course.
Don’t forget you’ll need some overalls or suitable hard wearing work clothes and safety boots to use in the workshop.

I have always been interested in vehicles and how they work and have always been fascinated by cars. The staff at college are fantastic and are really easy to get along with. The workshop is amazing too; I can’t think of anything that could be done to make it better! You learn so much on the course; I’ve only been here for a year and have learnt so much already. I am coming back to college next year to study Motor Vehicle Level 2. I want to build upon the knowledge I have learnt in my first year to make me the best I can be in the industry.
